The Committee on Health Protection upholds the Bill "On Amendments and Additions to the Article 42and 184 of the Code of Ukraine on Labour" (re the Protection of People providing Child Support Maintenance)

The Bill (Reg.№4224) envisages the amendments and additions to the article 42and 184 of the Code of Ukraine On Labour concerning the citizen that provide the maintenance support of two or more children, extra guarantees concerning the stuff reduction and guarantees concerning the prohibition on the rejection while the adoption on the working place and decrease of the salary for the women who have two or more children.
